IF YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE, PLEASE CALL. IF THE SCHEDULE ALLOWS, YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME WILL BE SHORTENED AND SERVICE ALTERED TO FIT REMAINING TIME. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN TEN MINUTES LATE, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEUDLE YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

NO CALL NO SHOW

WHILE UNDERSTANDING EVERYONE EXPERIENCES UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS, IT IS REQUESTED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 12 HOURS IN ADVANCE. TO PREVENT ABUSE OF NO CALLS NO SHOWS, REPEAT OFFENDERS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE.

MORE HAIR = MORE TIME.
